Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50) – via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our security products with a straightforward returns process. If you’re not completely satisfied with your electronic locks, deadbolts, or other hardware, we’re here to help.

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Important Security Notice: For security reasons, Keying and Installation Kits that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged. All other products must be in new, uninstalled condition.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit Your Request:

    Email our security specialists at [email protected] with:

    • Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Confirmation that the item is unused
  2. Receive Authorization:

    We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

After We Receive Your Return

  • Inspection: Typically completed within 3-5 business days of delivery
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

  • For exchanges of equal or greater value: We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • For higher-value exchanges: You’ll be charged the difference
  • Shipping charges apply for new items unless the exchange is due to our error

International Returns

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or import taxes
  • Original shipping charges cannot be refunded

Damaged or Defective Items

While rare for our security-grade hardware, if you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost
